SNG Plaza was conceptualized as a retail and commercial destination. Its prominent location with a vast catchment area of potential customers makes it a prime destination. The project is located right on the expressway with Knowledge Park and Expo Mart in the front and surrounded by premium and reputed housing projects such as Ansal Golf Link 1, NRI City, Jal Vayu Vihar, IFS Colony and NSG Colony to name a few on all other sides. The company completed phase 1 of the project in the year 2010 consisting of two floors and a basement and obtained the occupation certificate. Phase 1 is fully sold and operational.

​It is a multi-storied gated residential project at Vibhav Nagar, Firozabad, U.P., the hometown of the promoters of the company. The locality is one of the premier residential area in Firozabad, which is approximately 40 kms from Agra and approx 200 kms from New Delhi. The town is well connected via Yamuna Expressway and National Highway from Delhi and neighboring places.
